Austria
You will incur shipping costs of €4.80 with your order. Order values of €100 and above include delivery of MIXTUREN by Dr. Sommer GmbH and Co. KG free of charge to you.

Germany
You will incur shipping costs of € 8.90 with your order. Order values of € 100 and above include delivery of MIXTUREN by Dr. Sommer GmbH. And Co. KG free of charge to you.

EU (including CH & Liechtenstein):

We deliver at a flat rate of € 14.90. Order values of € 250 and above include delivery of MIXTUREN by Dr. Sommer GmbH. & Co. KG free of charge to you.

 

Delivery within 1-2 working days (Mon. - Fri.)

Your order will be processed on the same day if we receive such before 2PM. Unless expressly stated otherwise for the respective product, our shipping partner (in most cases, Österreichische Post AG) will deliver your order to your preferred address in Austria within 1-2 working days.

Please note that weekends and public holidays often have an impact on delivery times.

Express shipping AT

Your order will be processed on the same day if received before 2PM. Unless expressly marked otherwise for the respective product, our shipping partner, Österreichische Post AG, delivers its particularly urgent orders by EMS. EMS is Austria's leading express service. 98% of all EMS shipments in Germany are delivered by 12:00 noon on the following working day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays have an impact on the delivery time.

  • Expected delivery: Order before 14:00, the following working day until 12:00
  • Shipping costs:€10.80

 

International deliveries

MXTUREN by Dr. Sommer GmbH. & Co. KG  are also available in other EU countries as well as in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For delivery to one of these countries, simply select the appropriate country from the shipping options.

Standard shipping Germany

  • Expected delivery: Delivery within 3-4 working days
  • Shipping costs: Free from € 100, under € 100 plus € 8.90 shipping costs

 

Standard shipping EU 

  • Shipping option: Standard shipping EU
  • Expected delivery: Delivery within 4-6 working days
  • Shipping costs: Free from € 250, under € 250 plus € 14.90 shipping costs

 

The availability and distribution of MIXTUREN by Dr. Sommer GmbH. & Co. KG in additional countries is planned in the future.

We will inform you in our newsletter as soon as further distribution partners and shipping becomes acute.

 

Different delivery address possible

For example, if you want to give a gift to a best friend or are currently traveling to another city for a long time, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address. So you can have your order delivered to your desired address at any time. It is even easier with the MIXTUREN customer account, in which you can easily store multiple addresses and use them as required.

 

Returns

You have the right to return the items you have received within fourteen days unless the products have been opened or used. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us.

Informing us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model cancellation form attached to the terms and conditions, but this is not mandatory. Consequences of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (including the additional costs that result from the fact that you have a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have chosen) to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier and that the goods have not been opened or used. You must send the goods back to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline to:
